Is Clomipure 100 Mg Safe To Take While Trying To Conceive?

Hi...I have regular periods and no pcos. I am 31. My Hubby s sperm count is 145 million, 80% motile. TTC last 4 months. Dr suggested clomipure 100mg 5 days followed by follicle study, ssg and trigger ? Is it safe or has any side effects? I am worried.

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion clomipure is safe.it's the first step drug for ovulation induction in infertility.this causes ovulation in 80 % of cases and pregnancy in 60%.but only thing is it causes antioestrogenic effects like thick cervical mucus which makes sperm penetration difficult so better take an estrogen supplement also which will reverse clomipure s effects.leave anxiety as it s one of the important causes of infertility and have hope,have faith and patience.all the best.
