Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

He may be suffering from lower respiratory tract infection, anyway, it will take a few days to recover. Use only one doctor medicine it is good above both consultations showing complete treatment for cough and both are good but don't mix one prescription to another. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
