Is Dicyclomine Effective For Eczema?

I have had Exema since January of this year - nothing seems to work, A friend had it some time ago and used Dicyclomine and it was gne in a week! I was looking at your list of contraindications and the only thing I see that might not work is that I have some high blood pressure which is treated daily. Would it be safe for me t take it? Terry
