Is Dolo Advisable For Stomach Pain During Periods?
Hi doctor, my daughter is suffering from severe stomach pain due to menstural cycle. It s her first day. She is 16 years old. Can you please let me know if I can give her dolo 650 or paracetamol to relieve her pain? I do not have any other tablet handy right now. Kindly suggest. Thanks.

its very normal having pain during periods , specially on first day. You have to give hot water fomentation over abdomen during periods.
