Is Drysol antiperspirant stronger than Certain-Dri OTC? Initially, I had great success with Certain-Dri but my excessive sweating has continued again. I have tried various clinical strength antiperspirant brands and I don t know if I should go to my family doctor to look at getting prescribed something stronger.

Drysol is generally regarded as the strongest. It is generally by prescription only. This would imply going to the doctor for a prescription.
