hello dr. m zania n my age is 24 n its my 1st pregnancy n its a mnth since m pregnt... my dctr hs prescrbd dubagest-200 2tke 2 tms a dy til my 1st sonography which is on 5th septmbr.. actlly aftr hvng d medcn i feel uneasy n also lke vomtng n smtmes evn stmch start paing... i tld my dr. bt she sd it is normal.... is it safe??? n i dnt hve any previous medical problm.... plz guide me....thnk u

It is given for the appropriate hormonal environment for the fetus. Progesterone has side effects like uneasiness, dizziness , nausea and vomiting. If the side effect are excessive, then you can take progesterone vaginally or in injection form.
