OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease, or can be due to sstress or due to effect of duphastone. Usually the bleeding occurs within 7-10 days of stopping duphastone.
If your urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
