Ok this is different, I am wanting to loose fat not muscle and I heard of this Froelich's syndrome diet that can help a person like myself that their motabolism has changed and I can't get rid of the Belly Fat like I use too, I workout hard and am muscular but that belly fat will no longer come off no matter what I do. I am being told by a email about this mans diet that deals with Froelich's syndrome and was wondering what foods would make me loose fat fast not muscle and loose that fat for good.
Hi dear Why do you want to go for this particular diet? If you want to get rid of your belly fat you can go for tummy flattened exercises like circuit training only doing three times in a week for 30 minutes which also useful to flattened tummy. If you have heavy and bulky tummy you can go for U-lipo which is affordable than liposuction surgery along with healthy diet and exercise.If you only want to go for U-lipo only you will not achieve desire results. IT WILL NOT BE LONG TERM WEIGHT LOSS OR INCHLOSS THAT PARTICULAR PART WITHOUT HEALTHY DIET AND EXERCISES . And follow some strongly researched based diets which should not be fad. Go for reducing your weight in a healthy way. Appoint with a Dietitian who will help you to reducing your weight .She know very well what will be suit you.
