Is HIV A Possibility Despite Minimal Exposure?

hi i had sex with pros in middle of intercourse my penis come out and i reinsert. While reinserting my condom broke my penis was not fully inside her and within few second i pull out and changed the condom. Can you tell me what the chances of getting HIV are? and how long it takes HIV virus to transmit form female to male body in above scenario

Welcome to HCM.
Theoretically, HIV needs a fraction of second to enter into one's body through exchange of fluids or a contact with infected material over genital area if the secretions are infectious or if the prostitute had HIV infection.
But as you had protected exposure during that contact mostly, and the broken condom recognized immediately and changed to a new one your HIV risk is negligible only.
