Hi
When you were having sexual relation with an HIV infected sex worker , you came in contact with the BLOOD .
Studies have shown that :It is estimated that 90 To 100 % of individuals who were exposed to HIV contaminated blood became infected.
The blood as whole , red blood cells , platelets , leucocytes , plasma are all capable of transmitting HIV infection.
As you mentioned that your scrotum and penis contacted with HIV infected blood , so you are now at risk.
I recommend you get in P 24 rapid nucleic acid amplification test .
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of initial infection.
So as early as sort this problem.
