Is HIV Test Required After Having Unprotected Sex?

I have a encountered with a Asia girl in NYC on 18 July, she use to work in strip club yet quit months earlier. We have one time unprotected sex, also she gives me bj. Sex lasts for roughly 5 mins.. Then I think of HIV... I am so nervous and don't know if I need to get a test.

Unprotected sex always warrants testing for HIV and other STD's .

The usual rapid tests done for HIV may come negative as it takes time to show on blood tests . I advise you get HIV western Blot test to be 100% sure . Also get tested for other STD's like Gonorrhea, Syphilis , Herpes , Hepatitis B, C .

One more advise is always use condoms when having sex .
