Is HIV Transmission Possible Through Anal Penetration?

Dr i have a gay friend whose boyfriend mistakenly inserted his unportected lubed penis in my friends anus during foreplay for.about 2 seconds. My friend quickly pushed his boyfriend back since he was n wearing a condom. They didn t have full sex but the tip of his boyfriend s penis got in my friend s anus. Can my friend get HIV this way ? Based on these data I think he should know that there exist the risk to get HIV from unprotected anal sex, specially in receptive anal sex( as he had). But the risk of HIV could be more lower in this short intercourse than in a full intercourse because the possibility of contact with certain body fluids, (as blood, cum, pre-cum, or rectal fluids that contain HIV) is lower than in a full intercourse.
