Is Height Growth Plus Safe And Effective For Increase Height?

Hi, im 28 years old and I just saw the ad about height growth plus. I am 4 9inch meaning very short and I am thinking of trying this supplement. Do you think it is ok, healthy, or even safe and effective for me to use? Can I still see some type of results from my age if it is recommended? Please advise me what I should do because I have been doing research trying to find a solution for my problem.

You are 28 years old .
I want to tell you that all the bones develops within 17-19 years of age and there after there is no chance of any bone growth in normal circumstances i.e height can not be increased after this age i.e no gain of height in your case , as you are 28 years old.
Only surgical operation can increase height with bone grafting ( personally I am against this at all being as a doctor ).
Height growth plus is able to increase height or not able I don't know.
Above all these is no any scientific proof that this product can increase height .
