sir i am a patient of azzospermia nill sperm then i passed through a testicular biopsy operation and after testing of biopsy sample report said section show normal testicular history with complete maturation secquence upto spermatozoa stage. how can i get my own child by ivf or icsi please tell me in detail thankyou age30 height5.5 weight65 and other blood test are ok like hiv testitupon etc

As you are a clrar case of azzospermia, there are still some chaces with medicines that you can become a father, but for that you need to be patient and continue your treatment to raise sperm count..
Otherwise your only option is IVF and as per my opinion, in your case ivf is the best option....so don't worry and go for it...
