Is Ibset Effective In Treating Indigestion And Diarrhea?

My father is being operated for stomach indigestion n gastric problem it was a major operation. Again before 2 years was operated by laser n removed his gall bladder. Now not able to hav food o digestion n loose motion n gastric trouble is there. Dr Samir Parikh gastroeogist suggested a tablet ibset for him I wanted to now the use of it wil be good fir him to stop loose motion n indigestion and weight gain. Plz advice answer my query Dr

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). Ibset contain ramosetron which I also found useful in patients with loose motions and Indigetion and nause or vomitting especially in patients with IBS or in postoperative state.
