Is Ibuprofen Tablet The Right Medicine For Fever In A Child?
My 8 months baby has fever of 101 last night.checked with doctor n he suggested ibubrufen 3.5 ml and he again told to give 3.5 ml of fevergo( paracetamol) if ibubrufen doesn t work. So, we gave ibubrufen but it didn t work and after waiting an hour we gave her fevergo(3.5ml) and after that she slept well n fever has also gone. But my concern is when I checked her fever around 4 AM. It s showing 93.7 F. Is it normal? Our air condition is set at 28 C. She is sleeping well. Please suggest.

Paracetamol is drug of choice for fever by pediatrician
For fever give paracetamol 15mg / kg for 4 to 6 hrly
If fever so so high and not releaved the use ibubrufen
So.e times fever may reduce after 1 to 2 hr after
One thing ur baby Temp is 93 f at 4 am
It is not normal . ur baby is hypothermic u have to apply warm blanket to worm her and stop AC
