Is Imosec M The Right Medicine For Watery Loose Motions?
hi Just wanted to check if Imosec M is the right medicine for watery loose motions. the motion is passed very frequently after a screwing stomach pain. If yes then what is the dosage. My son is 19yrs old. He had fever also accompanied with vomitting but now vomitting stopped and fever gone down. Thank you

Diarrhea may not need any specific treatment but it is the self-limiting condition only thing is hydration need to be taken care, second Diarrhea should never be checked else it may cause the paralytic ileus. Only thing is, if the infection that is causing Diarrhea then it can be managed with proper antibiotic or antiprotozoal drug.
