Is Inofolic And Fertab Advisable To Treat Low AMH Level?

hi doctor my age is 38 and trying to conceive my egg quality is not good and have low amh, doctor has advised me inofolic powder and fertab 50mg ,i have done 3 ivf s all failed.can i have chances of conceiving or what else should i take to get my eggs healthy

Take my chiro which contains d-chiro inositol which helps in development of eggs in proper way.
Take fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of oral fluids.
other option is in vitro fertilisation and embryo transfer.
