Is Inzofresh A Habit Forming Medicine?

Hi doctor 3 years back I was suffering from insomnia ND doctor prescribed me inzofresh 10 mg for some time but I was getting relief from that medicine so I continued but now becoz of that I m facing lot of problem in my life ND without that tablet I m not able to survive I have consulted doctor also but sustitute is not working
