i pill is effective if taken within 72 hrs of unprotected sex.. It reduces the chance of pregnancy by 89%. It is ok if you take it within 10 minutes.. Dizziness can occur immediately.. You had taken ipill immediately after unprotected sex. It is good practice to get advantage of pill and also to become free from worry.
You had taken pill on 3 rd day of unprotected sex, pill should be taken within 72 hours of of sex so don't worry you are safe.
It is not necessary that you will get all side effects then and then pill is effective.
