Is Jalram M Right Medication For High Sugar Levels?
I was taking glimisave M1 and mignar 25 twice before breakfast and dinner daily. eucosperin75 in the afternoom after food. and lipicure 5mg in the night. with all these my sugar levei is in control.HbA1c is 6.1 fasting 130 pp 141. Recentily I went to different Endocronologist after doing these checkups.He suggested to stop all tablets and prescribe Jalram-M 50/500 moring and night after food and to continue to take Eucosperin 75 as usual... any comments and your suggestions Please
Dear sir i can understand your concern. in my opinion the combination of medication jalra-m is a very good combination it contains two medications. 1.vildagliptin-dpp 4 inhibitor. 2.metformin both of them work very good the best thing is they will not over stimulate your pancreas. the medication glimisave m1 contains combination of glimipride and metformin which is known to over stimulate your pancreas and eventually lead to secondary pancreas failure due to sulpha drugs. so your endocrinologist gave you a good suggestion. pls dont forget to follow diet and exercise daily for a better control of diabetes regards
