Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Yes dear this cream is totally steroid free and safe to use. But also do other measures for melasma. Use sunblock in the morning. Do your complete blood cell count. If your hemoglobin (Hb) is low then take iron and folic acid supplements for minimum 2 months. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Take plenty of fluids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Nadia Khan
