Hello

thank you for trusting HC

Dear compared to lansaprazole vs pantaprazole
chances of diarrhoea more in patients who are using pantaprazole(6%) vs lansaprazole (3%).
if you deveoped diarrhoea with pantaprazole you can take lansaprazole happily.

any way long term proton pump inhibitors having few side-effects like atropic gastritis, dementia, hypomagnesemia and bone fracture etc... I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

take care
