Is Levipil A Better Substitute For Oxetol In Treatment For Seizure?

I am 21 years now female. I am getting seizures for the last 8 years. So far I suffered 7 seizures with gap from one seizure to other in a range of 6 months to 48 months. I statred using oxetol 300 mg 1-0-1 to now 600 mg 1-0-1. Recently I gone to anothet Doctor. He advised to use Levipil 1g 1-0-1 by stopping oxetol. Is it a better substitute? What should I do if forget to take one dose. Can take it along with next dose? Can I marry? Will I have children? WILL the children also carry the probke
