Is Levolin The Right Medicine For Chest Congestion?

Sir myson has some chest congestion and pain in chest and having cold 2 days and weezing also and age is 3.6 year old I m giving the levo Lin and budi Cort also it s effective or not pls reply and give me adivised or sugession to improve my son health

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You using bronchodilator which may useful in bronchial asthma and bronchitis with expectoration. But you have to use antibiotic with expectorant for cough along with bronchodilator.
Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat right Medicine according to the body weight.
