Is Levothyroxine Safe To Be Taken For Tinnitus?

Recently have developed slight ringing in one ear. Still have good hearing in that ear. Just annoying. Primary care doctor says this may be a neuroma tumor that can be seen with MRI. Age 61, only meds taking is Levrothyroxin 125mcg. Your opinion? Thankyou!
