My 18 yr. old grandson thought he was having a heart attack. The cardiologist ran an EKG, Echogram and a 24 hr. heart monitor. All the tests show that his heart in normal - no physical problem. His primary care doctor has prescribed Lexipro. Should he take the medicine at night and how long will it be for him to see results? He is in his first year of college and needs to feel well! Thank you, Mrs. Schultz
