Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Levocetrizine is a FDA category B drug, which is found to be safe in animal studies, however no large scale studies are done in humans. It is not found to cause any adverse effects on fetus and can be given in pregnancy when the benefit of drug outweighs the risk associated.
You can besafely take it as advised by your doctor.
Hope you found the answer.
Wishing you good health.
