I am aged 60 years and have BP 95/150 I have been taking TAZLOC H-40 ONE IN THE MORNING AND LOTENSYL 1O AT AS PRESCRIBED BY MY DOCTOR FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS
PLEASE LET ME KNOW SIDE EFFECT OF THE FOLLOWING
AND ALSO GUIDE ME WHETHER CAN I TAKE 1-2 PEGS OF WHISKY AT NIGHT AFTER TAKING LOTENSYL 10. MY HEIGHT IS 5 FEET 4" AND WEIGHT IS 79 KGS i HAVE NO OTHER PROBLEM
one small peg is known in Europe as "a shot" one extra large peg (90cc) is not a good idea at all ! The calories might be an issue. But, if everyone who took 1 peg a day of whiskey who had high blood pressure had a problem, we couldn't fit them all into the emergency rooms. My dad took a peg of whiskey every night.. and it might have hurt his heart (at age 93). Moderation= "drinking less than your doctor". Or in this case Dr.'s Dad. 1 peg is by this definition moderate drinking. I cannot recommend larger amounts with any confidence.
