Is Meftal Or Domstal Safe For Postfeeding Vomiting?

hi doc,my kid is 2months old and she suffering from postfeeding vomiting, doc suggested to give meftal spas i used that medicine it was controlled and i stopped giving meftal spas,again it was started, should i continue meftal spas . with that meftal spas i am using domstall alsoo

I think this can be a problem of gastroesophageal reflux disease. You should burp the baby for 15- 20 min in upright position and can keep the head end slightly elevated when the baby is sleeping or can use a car chair. medicines as such should only be used if supportive treatment fails.
