Azithromycin being an antibiotic so is always helpful in reducing the bacterial proliferation. IN case of Adapalene- it is vitamin A derivative and is also quite good therapy to apply topically. It is to be applied at night time. For Melalite cream - It is one of the cream which is to be used under strict dermatological supervision only. In my patients I use this kind of product for only few weeks and then shift to other of cream which can be used for long term without any side effect. I suggest you to take full guidance form your treating dermatologist and do not apply the cream beyond few weeks. All the best.
