Is Metafolbic Effective In Improving Brain Health?

I was told that Metafolbic was good for an aging brain, therefore, I take one pill daily. I understand it is also a prenatal vitamin. I cannot definently say that I am much improved. What is your opinion of this vitamin as used for memory problems, please?
