Is Minodoxil Safe And Effective For Treatment Of Hair Fall?
Hi, I am 22 years old female. I have severe hair fall for past 5 years. Usually my hair growth is very slow irrespect of my hair fall. 2years back I took a hair treatment and i found my hairfall to reduce over that period of time after a year I again started noticing hairfall. Now I came across MINODOXIL SOLUTION for hair, can I use it?, will it help my hairfall and stimulates hair growth? will it have side effects or any issues with pregnancy? Thanks.
Hi. As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is - 1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk. 2. Apply a plain coconut oil and use a herbal shampoo for routine use. 3. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months. 4. Minoxidil solution is used for male and female pattern hair loss. It is not advisable to use it without consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
