Is Mirena A Safe Alternative For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Chronic Iron Deficiency While Having Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome?
My hematologist doc suggested mirena to help with my chronic iron deficiency since I have heavy menstrual bleeding. I do need birth control and currently take one called Incassia, a progesterone only pill since ive had a DVT in the past. Is mirena a safe alternative with vascular ehlers danlos? I m 45 with no children.
