Hi, I m a 66 year old female. I have only one kidney (lost other one to cancer at age 12). I am concerned about taking other medications; so my question is, can Mucinex be harmful to my kidney. I m taking it for a sinus infection... Mucinex DM. I do not take it everyday; only when I feel very stuffed up. Thanks, Donna
