Is NOSIC Safe To Consume During Pregnancy?

My wife is in her 9th week of gestation period. In last one month she has lost almost 2 kg as she is not able to eat because of vomiting, nausea, loss of appetite etc. She vomits soon after eating. We have learnt that this things are common during 1st trimester. In order to address the said issue, her OBGYN prescribed her NOSIC Tablet. She is already consuming FOL123 and Dubagest SR 300. USG performed during 6 weeks revealed that every thing is normal. My question is this whether NOSIC is safe for the child?

for some it may continue for longer time
nosic is completely safe in pregnancy
nothing to worry about it
it is better to take small frequent meals than larger meals
