Is Namzaric Intake Recommended For A Heart Patient Suffering From Diabetes?

My husband was diagnosed with dementia and prescribed namazeric.I hesitate giving it to him since he already is on so many meds....heart,,,diabetes Parkinson ongoing shingle pain colostomy bag I looked up the side effects and am concerned to give him that drug. I would appreciate your opinion Thank you!

namzaric is combination of donepezil and memantine ...
memantine is an approved drug by FDA for Alzheimer
and yes donepezil should be used cautiously in heart patients
consult your physician once
