Is Natpara Safe To Take Post Radiation Treatment?

I am going to start Natpara injections in about 10 days. Post thyroid Tony in June of this year, following diagnosis of medullary carcinoma. In 2003, I underwent 33 “external beam radiation” treatments for breast cancer (also chemo). In reading about Natpara, it is stated that it should be avoided in patients with history of external beam radiation. So confused! Your opinion?
