Is Nexplanon Insertion Site Itching And Jawline Acne Related?
I had Nexplanon inserted in my arm 4 months ago and all has been fine. But the past 1.5 weeks the site of insertion is extremely itchy. Is this something to be concerned about? Additionally, I ve started breaking out with very bad acne on my cheeks and jawline, which I read is a common side effect, and am wondering if the 2 symptoms are related?

The acne is not related to Nexplanon implant. You can use clindamycin lotion for acne. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
