Hello, Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. If you have used a course of medroxyprogesterone and did not get withdrawal bleeding, and have excluded the possibility of pregnancy through the trans-vaginal sonogram, you can go ahead with the norethisterone. However, when higher doses are used, please remember that side effects are enhanced. You may expect gastric disturbances, breast engorgement and tenderness, skin rashes, dizziness etc. This medication should not be used if pregnancy is suspected. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
