Is OVAA Safe To Be Taken Instead Of CCQ For PCOD Causing Irregular Periods?

I had irregular cycles and I was diagnosed with PCOS few years back. Now I'm married and trying to conceive. I have excess facial hair growth and obese as well. Taking CCQ tablet, susten 200, mcbm-69 and APCOD obis for the past 6 months. Last month I was asked to take OVAA shield instead of CCQ. But no positive result. This month I'm taking OVAA shield and 50mg CCQ. Is there any possibility in this cycle
