Is Ova-mit Effective For Conceiving?

hello,i had fibroid operation last year august. its been over a year now and trying to conceive. my gp suggested i had a test to have my progesterone level test, which i did and she said am ovulating normally. my partner also had semen analysis test which came out normal. Now a friend told me about Ova-mit, is it ok if i try it and when is best to have intercourse after using it please?

hi yes your friend is right you can start with ovamit 50g once daily from day 2 for 5 days and then get your follicular monitoring done starting day 9 of your cycle . this will give you an idea about exact date when
you are ovulating and the timing of intercourse can be decided. all the best take care .
