Is Pan D Effective For Stomach Pains And Gastric Problems?

I am kaushik.. I developed a kind of phagophobia of liquid intake recently and luckily I could come out of it... At that point of time due to throat thigthening I tried to hold my stomach like v do it sometimes due to gastric problems... After coming out of phagophobia i can feel and touch the digestive system and it seems stomach has become little harder... my doc has recommended me PAN D and he asked to use it for a month.. Their is no pain as such but I can feel sensitive parts as I touch stomach... Is PAN D effective..

Noted the history of phagophobia to liquids which you came out of it. Have throat tightening, holding the stomach like one does when have gastric problems, feels like stomach has become harder and your Doctor advised you to take Pan-D for a month.. wants to know whether it is effective or not.
Pan-D is a combination of two different medicines. One is a PPI Pantoprazole and helps to control the acidity part of it and the other component is Domperidone which is a bowel motility regulator and hence works by increasing the gastric emptying time and also not allowing the stomach contents to come back to the esophagus or oral cavity.
Yes this will be effective as explained above and you may please continue it.
it is advisable in addition to have upper GI Endoscopy and further studies as may be indicated by clinical evaluation by your Doctor, preferably a Gastroenterologist.
