Hi, Welcome to HCM. I understand your problem. Panderm plus is not meant to be applied over face. It contains several antibiotics and antifungal along with potent steroid like clobetasone. Itching over pimple is due to infection and accumulation of sebaceous secretions in glands. Panderm can relieve itching if it is caused by fungal infection or other skin conditions like eczema etc. but it is not a good idea to use panderm over inflamed acne. You need to treat the root cause of itching i.e. nodular acne. You should use appropriate antibiotic ointment for this purpose like clindamycine. Oral or topical tretinoin will also help a lot by reducing the sebaceous secretion and thereby relieve the itching. Hope this will be helpful. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
