Is Panderm Plus The Right Medicine For Pimples And Dark Spots?

I m using panderm plus since 3 to 4 months... 1st my skin become fair nd aftr 3 months now I m getting so much pimples nd dark spot..nd also on my cheeks small hair also coming aftr some 3 months... how to reduce this spots.... plz suggest me panderm plus is good for long time or not..

Hi!! Panderm plus cream has not to be applied on the face for any reason. It contains a very high potency steroid which can lead to various side effects like pimples, thinning of skin, hair growth and dyspigmentation. All the side effects experienced by you are due to the application of this panderm plus cream. Panderm plus cream has not to be applied on the face even for few days. As far as dark spots are concerned stop applying panderm, instead use a high SPF sunscreen gel on the face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time and use cream containing hydroquinone in minute amounts on the dark spots at night. This can be continued for 4 weeks and then you can revert back to me for follow up.
