Is Parit Tablets Enough To Cure Continuous Cough?

i hve been prescribed tab mondeslor alonweith tab parit for continuous cough problem for last two weeks. i am experrencing dizziness after taking mondeslor tab in the morning.i discontinued & feeling ok. Is tab parit alone sufficient for cure or antiallergic is must with parit. couhghing is mild only.I am writing to you as the Dr prescribed is available only on tuesday being visiting ENT specialist.

Mondeslor is an antihistamine medication that is often used to treat allergic symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, and itching. Dizziness is a known side effect of this medication, but it usually goes away as your body gets used to it. If you're experiencing persistent or severe dizziness.

Parit is a brand name for rabeprazole, which is a medication used to reduce the amount of acid produced in the stomach. It is often used to treat conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and stomach ulcers. While it may help with coughing caused by GERD, it is not typically used to treat allergy-related cough.

If your cough is caused by allergies, it's possible that your doctor prescribed both medications to address both the underlying allergy and any GERD symptoms that may be contributing to your cough.
