Is Percocet Tablet The Right Medicine For Spinal Pain?

Hi, my spine and Ribcage is calsified, my doctor said it is a mess, I am on methetrexate and taking percocet for pain while I am to get back into my specialist, I am in a great deal of pain, is there any thing else I can do to lessen the pain while I am waiting

Hello,
Percocet is a fairly strong narcotic pain reliever. There are stronger medications that you would need to talk to your doctor about prescribing. He/she could also possibly increase the dose of percocet. Sometimes it helps to add something like motrin to the percocet. Sometimes ice or heat will also decrease the pain.
