Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Saddiq-ul-Abidin. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
First I will tell you about Phyto-B then will give you further suggestions about
weight loss.
Phyto-B is not FDA approved for weight loss and many experts don't recommend it for that purpose it has its own pros and cons so it too will suggest you to go with natural weight loss which is healthy, will give you strength and will be lasting.
Here are some suggestions if you can work on them it can really help you.
1) Join a gym under a good trainer and nutritionist.
2) Start brisk walk start it from 10 mins a day may be and gradually increase it. Don't start with very aggressive work out which will make your
body pain or cramp up.
3) Belly fibres are fast recovering ones so you can do belly workout even 5 times a day.
4) Give yourself 6 months of good workout before you give up.Don't go for short cuts and don't expect results in a month or so.
5) Cut down carbs , and fats, leave sugar altogether , use
proteins and fibre more, switch to bran bread or whole wheat bread instead of white milky ,
don't take alcohol, fizzy drinks, junk food and chocolates.
If you can strictly work on these suggestions for 5-6 months i assure you it will be a great change which you will observe. This change will make you healthy and strong , wont just make you lose weight.
I hope this answered your question. If you have more queries I am happy to answer.Otherwise rate and close the discussion
Regrads.
