Is Plan B Effective To Prevent Pregnancy?

My girl friend took plan B and got her period 3 weeks early, the package and pharmacist said it could be altered by being early or later. Should she be checked out to be safe?

Yes it will be essential for you to find out if she is safe, since the normal hormonal balance would have been altered and so it would be tough to make out if she is ovulating or not. If you are having regular sexual intercourse it is wise to adopt a different method like barrier method (Condoms) till you confirm if she is safe.
