Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Postpone 72 is effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Periods can be delayed due to effect of the emergency contraceptive pill. I will suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test done.
If negative, then she can safely wait for the periods for another 2 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
